Student Registration and Module Enrolment

The closing date for student registration and module enrolment for the May 2005 Session of the CPA QP is 29 April 2005.

Practical Experience Framework

The Institute published its new Competency-based Practical Experience Framework ("PEF") as part of the requirements for HKICPA membership admission purposes in September 2002.

Under this framework, it has become mandatory from 1 January 2005 for all registered students to obtain the appropriate type and level of practical experience under the supervision of an Authorised Employer ("AE") / Authorised Supervisor ("AS") registered with the HKICPA .

Registered students are also required to use the record form in the Prospective Members' Training Guidelines ("PMTG") to record their practical experience. A hard copy of the "PMTG" has been given to you upon approval of your student registration.

Students who have difficulties in acquiring practical experience under the supervision of an AE or AS, please notify the Institute immediately by completing the "Online Comment Form". We would endeavour to assist you as soon as possible.
