Q1. How can I get a new CPA Practice's Login ID ?
Ans. Step 1. Download the CPA Practice's Login ID reply slip (Adobe Acrobat file, 10KB).

Step 2. Write down 3 choices of preferred Login ID and other relevant information.

Step 3. Return the reply slip to the Institute by post or by fax at 2865 6776 / 2865 6603.

Step 4. A Login Confirmation Letter will be sent to your registered office within 1-2 weeks. This letter will advise what Login ID your CPA Practice have been assigned.
 
Q2. How can I get the password after I received the Login Confirmation Letter ?
Ans. You have to activate the CPA Practice login account in order to access "CPA Practices Only" section under the Membership Services. Click Activate Login Account to link to activate your CPA Practice Login Account.

In the "CPA Practice Login Account Activation Screen", you have to assign the password for CPA Practice Login ID. The Institute will not assign the password for CPA Practices.

Follow the "Activating Instruction for your CPA Practice Login Account" that is attached with the Login Confirmation Letter. If it is not available, please download Activating Instruction.
 
Q3. How can I fill out 4 boxes in "CPA Practice Login Account Activation Screen" ?
Ans.
  1. Enter the registered CPA Practice No.

  2. Enter the Login ID which is shown on the Login Confirmation Letter to the box of "Approved Login ID" (non case-sensitive).

  3. Assign the password to the boxes of "New Password" and "Re-enter New Password". Remember : The content of "New Password" must be the same as the content of "Re-enter New Password".
 
Q4. If I forget the password for the CPA Practice Login Account, what can I do ?
Ans. Fill in 2 boxes under the "Forgotten Your Password" screen to retrieve the password. The password will be sent to the CPA Practice email address which is recorded in the Institute's cpa practice database.
 
Q5. How can I fill out 2 boxes in "Forgotten Your Password" screen ?
Ans.
  1. Enter the registered CPA Practice No.
  2. Enter the CPA Practice Login ID which is used to access "CPA Practices Only" section.
 
Q6. Where can I change the CPA Practice Login Password ?
Ans. You can change the CPA Practice Login Password in "CPA Practices Only" section. It is suggested you change the password periodically for security purposes.
 
Q7. If I forget the CPA Practice Login ID, what can I do ?
Ans. Please complete and return the "Forgotten or Change CPA Practice's Login ID" form to the Institute by post or by fax at 2865 6776 / 2865 6603. The Institute will send the letter to your registered office address which is recorded in the Institute's cpa practice database. This would be processed within 1-2 weeks.
 
Q8. After I activated the CPA Practice Login Account, and tried to access "CPA Practices Only" Section, I got the error "The page cannot be displayed" or "無法顯示網頁", what can I do ?
Ans. You may have to upgrade your Internet Explorer (IE) to Version 5.01 Service Pack 2 or above if you are using Chinese IE browser, or to upgrade the IE browser to Version 5.5 or above if you are using English IE browser. Please go to www.microsoft.com to download the latest IE browser and its service pack for upgrading your IE browser.
