Foster a lifelong partnership. Inspire and be inspired by joining the 2019-2020 Mentorship Programme – accepting applications until 31 Dec. Members with less than seven years of post-qualification experience can apply to become a mentee, while those with seven or more years, a mentor. Visit the dedicated webpage to learn more about the programme and how it has helped both mentors and mentees.

 

How to apply for CPD exemption
Members who are not doing accountancy or related work, do not plan to do so for a significant period of time, and meet other requirements, may apply to the Institute for CPD exemption. Click to see Appendix of Statement 1.500 (July 2014) and CPD requirements to learn more.

At the 27 Nov evening seminar, speakers will provide an overview of the intellectual property rights deduction regime in Hong Kong and share their insights on technical and practical issues.

Transfer pricing: Separate enterprise principle, intangibles and financial transactions
The Transfer Pricing Series' second seminar on 4 Dec will discuss permanent establishments issues (Rule 2), determination of arm’s length price for transactions involving the use or transfer of intangibles, and transfer pricing issues relating to financial transactions.

The updated list of individuals and entities was published on 9 Nov pursuant to section 32 of the United Nations Sanctions (South Sudan) Regulation 2018. Members can find the latest news regarding AML lists and regulations on the Institute's dedicated webpage.
