Importance of CPD declaration
Members are required to declare continuing professional development compliance annually for membership renewal. Any false declaration may result in membership not being renewed. Individual Income Tax reform in Mainland China
The seminar on 11 Oct will discuss changes to the tax residency rule, Individual Income Tax calculations and filing requirements, the new anti-avoidance rule, and other information practitioners must know from the recent approved amendments to the Mainland China Individual Income Tax Law.
