Annual report published


The Institute's 2017 annual report is available now, in English and Chinese. With the theme "Harnessing innovation for the future” the report includes photo essays showing how Hong Kong is striving to be at the forefront of innovation, short stories on some of our innovative members, and reporting on the Institute's activities over the previous year.

Submission of CPD declaration for membership renewal
CPD records in MyCPA on the Institute website do not equate to a declaration of CPD compliance. You are still required to submit the CPD declaration with your 2018 Annual Return for Renewal online by 15 Dec. Click here to renew.

Gender diversity in corporate governance
The seminar on 18 Jan will cover a qualitative content analysis of American judicial decisions on issues of corporate governance and their impact on board gender diversity.

Hedge fund activism and shareholder stewardship
The seminar organized by the Law Society of Hong Kong on 18 Dec will discuss the fundamental tensions between shareholder empowerment and shareholder stewardship, and its impact on activist investment in the UK.
