The International Integrated Reporting Council is inviting feedback on the implementation of the International <IR> Framework until 30 April, to help ensure IIRC's work is responding to market needs for guidance and research.

At the FSIG seminar on 28 March, Li Shu-pui, Executive Director (Financial Infrastructure) of HKMA, will introduce the roles and initiatives of the Fintech Facilitation Office, including the Cybersecurity Fortification Initiative, Fintech Innovation Hub, and Fintech Career Accelerator Scheme.

The executive programme in April will cover investor relations officer's duties and directors' responsibilities under the new Companies Ordinance, how institutional investors assess corporate value, corporate rescue procedure and impact of insolvent trading.

Two new e-learning courses on corporate finance are added under the e-Series. To delve deeper into the subjects, you may also take these two e-learning courses together with the follow-up face-to-face seminars at a discounted price.

The seminar on 31 March will examine how the OECD through the Common Reporting Standard, the U.S. through FATCA and the EU through the Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive, to influence other countries' tax systems. +
